BLACK BEAN PIZZA
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the pita on a baking sheet and spread a few tablespoons of the bean paste on top of the pita. Sprinkle with feta and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Heat for 5 to 7 minutes, until the toppings are warm and the sides of the pita begin to crisp. Top with a few slices of avocado, some cilantro leaves, and a squirt of lime juice. Season with just a bit of salt and pepper and another drizzle of olive oil. Slice into wedges and enjoy!
